    Laparizone is open to both event owners/business vendors and event attendees. Event owners and business vendors can use the platform to promote their events, manage event listings, and engage with their audience. Event attendees can use Laparizone to discover and explore events happening in their local area, connect with event organizers, and share their experiences with others.

    Laparizone caters to the needs of both event owners/business vendors and event attendees, creating a symbiotic relationship that drives the growth and success of the platform’s users and the events they host.

  3. Is Laparizone restricted to just business and event owners?

    No, Laparizone is not restricted to just business and event owners. The platform is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all individuals interested in discovering and attending events. This includes event attendees who can use Laparizone to find and engage with events that align with their interests.

  4. Where can I download the app?

    The Laparizone mobile app is available for download from the app stores. Users can find the download links on the Laparizone website or through the platform’s social media channels.( insert links here)

    When it comes to reporting an issue you’re encountering, providing visual documentation is crucial for our Community Support Team to understand the problem accurately. If requested, please follow these guidelines for capturing a screen recording:

    For Desktop: You can utilize QuickTime or Loom to record either your entire screen or a specific portion of it.
    For iOS: Consult the provided instructions to record a screen on or your mobile web browser.
    For Android: Follow the provided instructions to record a screen on your app or your mobile web browser.
    Once you’ve taken the screenshot, please attach it to your email when reaching out to our Support Team.

    For Mac OS: Follow the provided steps to take a screenshot of either your entire screen or a specific portion.

  8. How do I create an event?

    To create an event on Laparizone, event owners and business vendors can follow these steps:

    • Sign in to their Laparizone account
    • Click on the “Create Event” button
    • If you haven’t submitted your verification documents at sign up , you will be promoted to do so now. Wait for your verification to be approved and follow the steps from the beginning .
    • Fill in the event details, including title, description, date, time, location, and category
    • Add event images and videos
    • Set event visibility and accessibility settings
    • Publish the event
  9. Can I invite friends to my event?

    Yes, event owners and business vendors can invite friends and followers to their events on Laparizone. This can be done by sharing the event link on social media platforms or sending personalized invitations to attendees.

  10. How do I find events near me?

    To find events near you on Laparizone, follow these steps:

    • Sign in to your Laparizone account
    • Update your location by entering your address
    • The feed will automatically update with events near you
  11. Can I find an event by category date and time?

    Yes you certainly can. All you need to do is log into your account and follow these steps

    • Under Explore select the filter
    • A Drop down menu will appear and it will give you category, date, and time. You can adjust them according to your preference
    • Apply and the feed will update.
  12. Why is my event not posted on the feed?

    our event may not be posted on the feed for mainly one reason and that is because it is under review. All our events are reviewed to ensure they meet our Community Standards.

  13. Can I search for an event by category?

    Yes, Laparizone allows users to search for events by category. This can be done by clicking on the scrollable “Explore Events” button and selecting the desired category from the dropdown menu.

  14. Can I search for an event with a business name?

    Yes, Laparizone allows users to search for events by business name. This can be done by using our search bar in the top right hand side corner of our website and clicking on the search icon in the app,which is also in the top right hand corner.

  15. Can I search for an event with an Event Name?

    Yes, Laparizone allows users to search for events by Event name/Title. This can be done by using our search bar in the top right hand side corner of our website and clicking on the search icon in the app, which is also in the top right hand corner.

  16. Can I search for an event by location?

    Yes, Laparizone allows users to search for events by location!. This can be done by using our search bar in the top right hand side corner of our website and clicking on the search icon in the app,which is also in the top right hand corner.

  17. Can I claim an event as a business event owner?

    Yes, business event owners can claim their events on Laparizone. This can be done by clicking on the “Claim Event” tab.This will take you to the page where you will be prompted to complete your registration

  18. How do I contact the business/event owner?

    To contact the business or event owner on Laparizone, users can access their contact details through the business profile page or simply drop them a DM.

  19. Can I see who is attending the event as a fellow event attendee?

    Yes, event attendees can view the list of attendees for an event on Laparizone. This can be done by clicking on the “Attendees” tab on the event listing.

  20. How many events can I post ?

    As a business vendor/event owner you are permitted to post as many events as you like for free. However you can only have your event flighted for a maximum time of 3 hours only.

  21. Why is my event posted for only 3 hours?

    Your event is posted for three hours during your event’s peak activity. This is done so to give our users real time access to your events as well as an opportunity for other event owners to have their events flighted. However if you choose to promote your event you have an option to have the duration extended.

  22. Can I promote my event?

    Yes, event owners and business vendors can promote their events on Laparizone. This can be done by using the platform’s built-in promotion tools, social media sharing, and targeted advertising through our Ads Module

  23. How can I promote my event?

    When you have completed all the steps in “Create an Event” upon submission a pop up prompt will appear asking you if you would like to promote your event or not and you can proceed to follow the steps from there. You will also see the “Promote” tab available on all events you have created.

  24. Are there costs involved in promoting my event?

    Laparizone allows users to post their events for a maximum of three hours only for free. However, event owners and business vendors may choose to promote their event prior to their go live date at a cost. They may also choose to use our Ad campaign tool.

  25. What are your promotion durations?

    Laparizone allows users to choose from the following options.

    • 1 day
    • 2 days
    • 3 days
    • 1 week
    • 1 month
    • 1 year
  26. What are the benefits of promoting an event on Laparizone ?

    When you promote your event with Laparizone you have access to a multitude of benefits

    • Enhanced event visibility- have your event stationed at the top of the chevron for the duration of the promotion period.
    • Extended event Duration – Post your event for a maximum of 12 hours unlike the free events that are posted for a maximum of 3 hours
    • Access to our”Go live “ feature giving you longer live streaming capabilities for your attendees
    • Elevated impression rates
    • Boosted views

  27. Can I post recurring events?

    Yes, event owners and business vendors can post recurring events on Laparizone. This can be done by setting the event frequency to “Recurring” and specifying the recurring schedule either Daily. Weekly or monthly.

  28. How does a recurring event work?

    A recurring event on Laparizone is an event that is scheduled to occur at regular intervals, such as daily, weekly, or monthly. The event owner can set the recurring schedule and specify the number of occurrences for the event.

  29. Can I edit recurring events?

    Yes, event owners and business vendors can edit recurring events on Laparizone. This can be done by signing in to their account, clicking on the “My Events” tab, and selecting the recurring event they want to edit. It will only edit that one particular event.

  30. Can I post an event as an individual?

    Yes, individuals can post events on Laparizone once they have submitted the necessary Identification Validation documents This can be done by signing in to their account, clicking on the “Create Event” button, and filling in the event details.

  31. Do you sell tickets?

    No, Laparizone does not sell tickets.

  32. If you don’t sell tickets, how can I add my ticketing information to my event?

    You can add the link to the ticketing website in the description of your event

  33. What browsers and operating systems does Laparizone support?
